Hello, Everyone.

I hope all is well your way, and that all Moms out there are having a wonderful Mother's Day weekend so far.

I'm just sharing some information today regarding how I'm initiating new client booking processes going forward, as well as what to be aware of and relay before you refer a client to my care.

New Clients are welcome to book themselves in my schedule between the hours of 9am and 4pm (end time), Mondays to Fridays.

This can either be done online by the individual (email confirmation required), or by leaving a voicemail at our office, which we respond to by the next business day or at our earliest convenience (verbal confirmation required).

Once an appointment has been reserved - but before the treatment date - I may reach out to the prospective new client for a phone consultation- to see what their health goals are, to discuss what treatment approach may be appropriate for them and answer any questions they may have. Intake forms that are emailed will need to be completed and received before the appointment date.

These additional measures will be implemented in order to ensure that treatments run smoothly, only serious persons seek my care, that there is a higher probability of attendance, and that inappropriate behaviour is mitigated.

For existing clients wanting to refer new clients to me, please only send them our clinic phone number and our website info, not my cell number. It's intended as a reminder messaging system or to relay important information to those I'm already familiar with.

It helps to let me know ahead of their appointment who to expect, so that I'm better prepared to receive them.

As evenings and weekends are popular, my schedule is currently saturated during these times so am only accepting 9am to 4pm weekday clients. Evenings and weekends are strictly for Established Clientele.

I hope everyone is enjoying their holiday time so far.

There have been big changes at work - we have switched to a new and improved online booking software!

It's very user friendly, you can set up your own account, browse my schedule, select your desired services and add yourself to the Wait List.

My schedule is viewable/bookable for 8 weeks at a time.

Those who prefer to book through direct messaging or in person are welcome to continue to do so.

As a reminder, I am accepting new clients (including referrals) during the slower times of day, from 9am to 3pm during the work week, as evenings and Saturdays are saturated with the demand of already Established Clients.

Established Clients can only book after 4pm or Saturdays by request to me - you will already have my phone number on hand to message, or you may Facebook message me or leave a voicemail at 519-945-4441.

**If calling our clinic, ensure to leave a detailed voicemail. We do not have staff available to answer calls in live time. Your patience is appreciated as we may not have time to return your call until the end of our shift or the beginning of our shift the next day**

There will be a slight rate increase beginning January 2nd, this is onto offset the rising costs of our work materials.

Attention Clients:

Going forward, all of my Saturday appointments will be held strictly for Established Clientele and unavailable to new clients.

This is due to high demand causing Saturation for Saturdays that should be reserved for clients who have ongoing treatment plans and otherwise cannot attend during the work week.

All Saturdays will appear fully booked/unavailable as online bookings will be disabled for the public on these days.

To express interest in reserving your Saturdays from now through December, please FB message or text me directly.
