Hello, world!

Today marks a day in my life that I am really excited about. I am starting this project. That's huge because, with my ADHD, I struggle to complete or move forward with projects I am in love with.

Two months ago, I was officially diagnosed with ADHD. It was like a weight was lifted. I have now been given medication that has improved my quality of life, my motivation, and my ability to focus on things I have always wanted to do.

This is a journey of looking back at my life and seeing how much better things are now. Yes, if I had been on these meds earlier in life, I would have been able to achieve my dreams sooner. I am here to tell you that there is no better day than today.

Seize the day, and keep your head up high. If it's hard, a simple smile can make a big difference. I'm proud of you.
