I’m so happy I decided to start my journey with GFit Wellness GFIT Wellness Coaching One of the biggest changes I’ve noticed is that I actually feel full. The cravings and constant snacking are gone, which is something I never thought I’d say. It did take about a full week for my body to adjust to the higher protein intake, but once it did, everything started to fall into place.
I’ve been following my coach’s Anthony Angelo Guzzi nutrition and workout plan, and the scale is finally moving in the right direction. Anyone who knows me knows I’ve lost a significant amount of weight , and honestly eating used to scare me. This time feels different. I’m embracing the process 100% and trusting myself along the way.
My nightly Creami treat has become my favorite snack and something I genuinely look forward to every evening. And let’s talk about Starbucks for a second. Before starting, I was there 3–4 times a day. In the last 10 days? Zero visits. I still crave it some mornings, but after I eat, that craving disappears. These days, my morning caffeine comes from my pre-workout, and that’s been more than enough to get me going.
And here’s something I never thought I’d say: I’m actually starting to enjoy cardio. Anyone who knows me knows I’ve always hated cardio, so the fact that I’m looking forward to it some days is shocking. Who is this girl?!
The accountability has been incredible. My coach checks in randomly throughout the week, which keeps me focused and motivated. Knowing someone is invested in my success makes a huge difference.
I’m so grateful I chose this path. For the first time in a long time, I can see the finish line. It’s been a long journey, but I finally feel like I’m getting exactly where I need to be. I’m excited, committed and disciplined to hit that finish line.
