Our SIGNATURE SIP this month is the
Bourbon Peach Iced Tea
1. In a lowball glass, muddle together 2 fresh peach slices and 2 basil leaves
2. Add in 2 oz bourbon of choice
3. Add in 2 oz peach iced tea.
4. Add ice and mix well.
5. Garnish with your preference of additional peach slices, basil leaves or citrus slice.

The non-aesthetic yet extremely important side of event management: organization!
Shout out to this couple who completely nailed it on having their decor items prepared and organized!
Having decor separated, in its right spot and ready to go makes event set up faster and easier. Many venues have tight decor timelines and having everything ready to go makes such a difference!
Our top tip is to separate each space into its own tote. That tote contains all items for the designated space. For example, one tote for your welcome table, one tote for the head table, one tote for the bar, one tote for each guest table etc… Including checklists, written explanation and photo mockups of how you’d like items set up in the tote is important too! Hanging lights from the ceiling, setting out 200 guest place-cards exactly the same at each place setting, adjusting linens so they’re perfectly even, lighting candles, placing centrepieces and greenery, making sure all the chairs are in perfect rows. Working with venue staff, servers and bartenders. Putting out fires and making sure you don’t need to worry about the details because we’ve got you! Ensuring everything is picture perfect for yours and your guests first look at your reception space.

I can feel it. Spring’s coming.
And for that, we should celebrate!
How about a bright and light cocktail?
THE GIN DAISY
In a shaker of ice combine:
1.5 oz gin
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz grenadine
0.75oz orange liquor
Shake well.
Strain into a small glass filled with ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with an orange wedge.
