I saw a quote as I was making what I call ‘ugly art’ yesterday. 🎨

I wanted to do something creative with my hands but I wasn’t prepared for anything good. 🍁

It was something like,

“Making art is not a way to measure self worth, it’s a way to heal”

I may not have created results that I particularly like, but I had the leaves and seeds and why not use them up in some art therapy after a long and busy week.

I am kinda smiling as I catch a glimpse this morning. 🖼️
