I am selecting ONE highly driven artist for full end-to-end management and executive development.
This includes:
• career management
• rollout strategy
• A&R direction
• brand positioning
• content oversight
• strategic industry guidance
• artist development
This is a structured monthly management retainer arrangement.
No commission.
No ownership of your masters.
No publishing claims.
Ever.
2. STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT PIPELINE (5 SLOTS)
I am onboarding FIVE artists/creatives for retainer-based partial management and strategic development.
My team will help architect your:
• digital rollouts
• playlist strategy
• brand identity
• content positioning
• marketing direction
• artist development framework
You maintain full creative and financial ownership.
We provide:
• strategy
• oversight
• direction
• structure
You execute consistently.
All agreements are fixed-term, transparent, and performance-based.

I am willing to temporarily waive the financial retainer for a select number of exceptional, undiscovered talents.
This development track is primarily reserved for:
✅ Kids & Teenagers
✅ Young artists in their early 20s
✅ Female vocalists who also play instruments
✅ Highly disciplined and unique talents
For artists under 18, all agreements, legal structuring, and DSP/distribution management will be handled directly with parents or legal guardians.
📍 THE ABA ADVANTAGE
Artists based in Aba have a strong strategic advantage.
Physical proximity allows:
• in-person development
• easier content ex*****on
• creative supervision
• faster rollout coordination
For local artists, my team can provide additional hands-on support for:
• content direction
• visual planning
• branding development
• promotional oversight
as part of the overall development structure.
Artists outside Aba must be capable of consistently executing remote content directives to a professional standard.
