"Hello there fellow CMUers. I hope that school has not stressed you out too much yet. I am here to give further information about voting in the federal election (Yeah!!)

Here it is: If you are voting out of your riding, you need to vote in advance so that your riding can get your vote in time for the normal voting period. Advanced voting ends a week from today on Tuesday the 15th. Remember that you have to do two things before you are ready to vote.
Register at Elections.ca
Get a proof of address from Charlie Pronto
Once you have done that, you are ready to vote. I will be leading two trips to a local voting station. It is just down Grant Ave. near Grant Park Mall. I will be busing there this coming Thursday at 2:50 PM and Saturday at 2:44 PM. We will be meeting in the Student Centre outside Shirley's desk 15 minutes before and then walk over to the bus stop. Bus fare costs 2.95, but if we are lucky we should only need to pay once and use a transfer on the way back.
