Some news from my recording studio Paintbox Recording.

We are making some changes at Paintbox Recording!

This beautiful space, one of Winnipeg’s premier music studios, has been the creative headquarters for Lloyd Peterson, Michael P Falk, and Dana Rusty Matyas since 2014.

Lloyd is going to continue producing, engineering, mixing, and mentoring at Paintbox. Aaron Bartel will be joining the team, bringing his enthusiasm, musicality, and audio skills to projects of all genres.

Mike and Rusty are each moving on to other professional pursuits.

Paintbox will continue to provide high-quality album, demo, and remote recording services. The studio will also continue to host Lloyd and Rusty’s Moonrise Music Club projects.

A huge thanks to Mike and Rusty for all of their work in making Paintbox Recording the amazing place it has become.
