We are a live broadcast, internet only, campus and community college radio station based in the Annapolis Valley in Wolfville near Kentville and 45 minutes outside Halifax, Nova Scotia. We are based at Acadia University and affiliated with local non-profits and entities such as Deep Roots Music, Fundy Film Society, Valley Events, the Acadia Students Union and we are a proud affiliate to the Acadia University Alumni Association.

Axe Radio is turning 15 and you’re all invited to celebrate with us! Join us on February 27th from 7-10pm at the University Club for a night of music, snacks, and more. We’re kicking off the event with an open mic portion which is open to anyone, so bring an instrument or your voice. Then members of the Acadia Jazz Band will perform while everyone enjoys some birthday cake, snacks, and socializing. Hope to see you there!
