For those who were looking forward to the ranch classes we urge you to check out NERCHA! They offer the ranch rail and ranch riding as well as all their cattle classes! They have 2 shows at Ancaster, one at REACH and one at the beautiful Complexe Équestre Bécancour over in Quebec.

Unfortunately, due to low entry numbers, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this show. We truly appreciate everyone who showed interest and supported the event.

That being said, we are already looking into future opportunities and will be speaking with venues about possibly hosting one or two one-day shows, as well as discussing potential dates for a 3-day show either at the end of November or the end of March/beginning of April. We’re hopeful we can put together something exciting for everyone soon!

For anyone who has already paid for stalls, please message us to reconfirm the email address you would like the reimbursement sent to so we can process refunds as quickly as possible. Please note that refunds may take a couple of days to get back to everyone, as the account has a transfer limit per 24 hours.

Hi everyone, we wanted to give a quick update regarding our upcoming horse show weekend.

Unfortunately, with entries currently sitting lower than expected (by about 5–6 riders minimum), it’s looking like we may not be able to run the show as planned. We wanted to start getting some feedback from exhibitors now.

If we do end up cancelling, would people be interested in us trying to organize:
• 1–2 one-day summer shows once we have access to an outdoor arena
• As well as another 3-day Ancaster show either at the end of November (if we can secure those dates again) or alternatively the end of March/beginning of April

Since the 3-day show would be planned well in advance, we could also look at organizing a clinic during the day on Friday before the evening classes start.

Please let us know your thoughts and if you’d be interested in attending those options. We really appreciate everyone’s support and hope we can still make something work this season! ❤️

Just a quick update for everyone, we’ll be making the final call this evening on whether we have enough entries to run the weekend. We’ll post an update as soon as we check the numbers this evening.

If you’re planning to join us and haven’t sent in your classes yet, please do so as soon as possible so we can get an accurate count. We appreciate everyone’s support and are hoping we can make it happen! 😊

Who’s planning on joining us May 29–31? 👀

If you’re planning to come out, please try to get your class entries submitted soon, even if it’s only part of your schedule for now! We’re just needing a rough idea of numbers by this Friday so we can confirm whether we’ll be able to run the show at the end of the month.

If we have enough sign-ups for Saturday and Sunday, we’ll also be able to leave the arena open all day Friday for open riding!

We’ve only got a few days left to get our numbers up, and we’re just a little bit away from being able to run the weekend!

Even if we need to pull Friday classes due to lower entries, we can still keep the arena open all day Friday for open riding and continue with classes Saturday and Sunday.

If you’ve been thinking about entering, now’s the time! Every entry helps us get closer to making the full weekend happen. We’ll keep everyone updated as we get closer.

We kindly ask that anyone who has expressed interest in attending any of the days please submit their class forms, even if they are only partially completed. This will help us better understand participation numbers for each day and ensure we can run the weekend ☺️.

We are also currently considering whether to proceed with the Friday classes in May or explore an alternative option for that evening, such as a potluck or another social activity. Having a clearer idea of numbers will help guide that decision.
