There are so many opinions floating around, but I’m honestly thrilled it’s a 1:1 remake packed with extra detail! Stepping out into Hyrule Field in the trailer looked exactly how 7-year-old me envisioned it back on the N64 in 1998. 🥹💜November 5th is locked in! What do you think of the remake so far? • Switch 2 Zelda Hardware: 40th Anniversary Switch 2 System, Pro Controller, and Carrying Case drop on Oct 29!

• Merch & Accessories: Playable & HORI electronic Ocarinas, new Young Link & Young Zelda amiibo (unlock retro-style masks in 2027), Mineru’s Construct amiibo (Sept 17), a LEGO Link & Epona set (Spring 2027), and a Hasbro Electronic Master Sword (Spring 2027)!

• World Tour Concert: Live concert series kicking off in 2027 (Tokyo in Jan, North America starting in Chicago in Feb, Europe starting in London in April, Australia starting in Melbourne in May)!

Here is a closer look at the Nintendo Switch 2 – The Legend of Zelda – 40th Anniversary Edition system, releasing early on October 29th. Nintendo is also dropping matching 40th-anniversary gear featuring that clean Triforce design—including a Pro Controller (available with or without a display stand) and a carrying case!

Here is a closer look at the reimagined Ocarina of Time Remake! Releasing on Nov 5th for the Nintendo Switch 2, pre-orders are now live! 🗡️✨

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the character's design—their face looks a bit too smooth and doll-like, especially next to all the realistic clothing textures. It gives off a slight "uncanny valley" vibe, I just need to get used to it, I guess. But the overall look of the environment is absolutely mind-blowing!
