However, it has its own limitations and will never replace human intelligence. It will always be necessary to rely on the monitoring or control of human intelligence.

and International Law, University of South Africa (UNISA). He is an Ordinary Professor in the Faculty of Law at the
University of Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). 👨‍🏫

He is a Member of the DRC National
Assembly, the President of the Legal Commission of the National Assembly and the Former First Deputy
Speaker of the DRC National Assembly.🧑‍💻
