"As part of the new ‘Enjoy Slawit’ campaign, Slaithwaite Explorer Scouts brought together over 20 like-minded community groups at Slaithwaite Civic Hall to share ideas and promote their work to village residents.

With backing from Kirklees Council’s Colne Valley Members Local Project Fund, the Enjoy Slawit project is giving community groups the opportunity to be featured on the Slaithwaite.info community website for the village, created by the Scout Group."
