This might be one of Bali’s dreamiest hidden stays 🌿
Tucked away in the rice fields of Sidemen, Hideout Bali is all about getting away from the crowds and into the quieter side of the island. Think lush jungle, endless rice terraces and a beautifully designed bamboo hideaway surrounded by nature.
📍 Where it is: Sidemen is around 1.5-2 hours from Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport, depending on traffic, and feels worlds away from the busier areas of Canggu and Seminyak.
📍 What to expect: Wake up surrounded by rice terraces, spend the day exploring Sidemen’s villages and waterfalls, then come back for a swim and sunset views over the valley.
📍 Best time to go: April–October is generally the driest period, with May, June and September offering a great balance of good weather and fewer crowds.
📍 Why stay here: It’s the kind of place where the accommodation really is part of the experience! Open-air spaces, natural materials and almost complete immersion in the landscape.
Save this for when you want to see a slower, greener side of Bali 🌿
