PRAY

Today, in the Anglican Cycle of Prayer, we pray for the Church of the Province of West Africa and for the Primate, the Most Revd Dr Cyril Kobina Ben-Smith, Bishop of Asante-Mampong.

Let us pray for:

🙏 The life and witness of the Province – for Archbishop Cyril, the bishops, clergy and laity serving across the Province’s diverse communities, that they may be strengthened in faith, unity and mission.

🙏 Young people and women in ministry – for the Anglican Young People Association, Mothers’ Union and women serving in ordained and lay ministry, that their gifts and leadership may continue to enrich the life of the Church.

🙏 Peace and reconciliation – for churches working alongside communities affected by conflict and displacement, particularly in Cameroon, that they may be agents of dialogue, healing and lasting peace.

🙏 Theological education and discipleship – for clergy and lay people engaged in theological learning and formation, that Christians of all ages may grow as faithful disciples and be equipped for God’s mission.
