Just like peanut butter cashew butter tastes creamy and lighter. Cashew are rich in copper, magnesium, manganese and phosphorus. Adding cashew butter to your diet could help support your heart, brain muscles blood sugar levels.

Ingredients:
cashew nuts
Coconut oil or any healthy vegetable oil of your choice.

Procedures: Add your desired amount of cashew nuts in a blender and blend
- Blend until it form a Paste
- Add a cup of your Coconut oil and blend until it is smooth and creamy

Simple homemade doughnuts recipe
Ingredients:
- 350g of flour
- 30g of margarine
- 2 teaspoons of yeast
- 2-3 tablespoons of sugar or honey
- 1 egg
- 2-3 tablespoons of milk
- 120ml of water or as required

Preparations:
- Add Flour in a bowl
- Add Margerine
- Add yeast
- Add sugar or honey
- Add egg
- Add milk
- Add water and mix together until it forms a dough and it is soft and fluffy
- Knead dough for 20- 25mins
- After Kneading, cut into smaller sizes and use a scale to measure so that they all come out in same size. (70-75g)
- Take each dough you have cut and seal the edges until it is smooth and have no cracks
- Next, oil your work surface, roll each dough on the surface and hit on the surface to remove excess oil.
- roll the dough in your palms to smoothen and to give the round shape and set aside
- Next, get a parchment paper, sprinkle some flour on it so it doesn’t stick and drop each dough on it
- Next, set aside in a warm place and leave to rise for about 45-1hr depending on how active your yeast is
- Next , place your oil on a medium heat and fry
- Repeat the same process for the other batches.

Have you ever tried creamy, nutty homemade hummus with bread?
Hummus is very healthy and can be eaten with bread, salads, chips, veggies, grilled chicken...

Ingredients:
1 cup of chickpeas
1/2 cup of tahini, (cashew butter nut, sesame oil, Greek yogurt are all substitute for tahini)
2 Tablespoons of Extra-virgin olive oil
1 Lemon (to be squeezed)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 garlic
1/2 glass of water, or as needed to blend
Parsley or basil for garnish.

Preparation:
- Soak dried chick peas overnight in the fridge.
- Rinse out soaked chickpeas, and set aside in a pot.
- Then boil for 20-30 mins on medium heat.
- Set aside to cool down, rinse and remove as much skin as you can.
- Assemble all ingredients, (chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, water, garlic, salt) into a blender and blend in a high speed until smooth.
While blending, add more water as needed to your desired consistency.
- Lastly, pour into a bowl and sprinkle your desired spices, (parsley, basil, paprika, chili) and that's it.
Note: The chickpea recipe is for the dried chickpeas, if you are using canned chickpeas, you don't need all that processes.
