WHAT: Vehicular Incident(RIR Homicide, Multiple Physical injuries and damage to properties)
WHEN:time of incident: At around 04:20 PM of April 12, 2023
Time reported : at about 4:40PM of same date.
WHERE: National Highway of Prk.1, Brgy. Del Pilar, Castillejos, Zambales
WHO: Vehicle 1- Victory Liner Hyundai Bus with plate no. CXT492
Veh 1 driver- Arnold Atencio y Escoto, male, 36 years old, married, bus driver, highschool graduate and a resident of 1158 San Jose, Cutcut st Capas Tarlac.
Vehicle 2-Silver Metallic Toyota Fortuner SUV with plate no.(to be follow)
Veh 2 driver- Dante Ramos y Paule male, 66 years old, married( D/POB: April 5, 1956/Olongapo) retired government employee, college graduate and a resident of Brgy West Tapinac, Olongapo, City with three (3) unidentified passenger and one identified as: :
1. Juliana Darem y Ramos, 21 years old, female, nursing student a resident of Brgy West Tapinac,Olongapo,City who were declared as dead on arrival.
WHY: Motive: Lack of skill/foresight
HOW: Initial investigation conducted and according to witnesses thereat that V1 traversing south direction going to Subuc Proper while V2 in opposite direction towards Castillejos Proper. Upon reaching the place of occurence, vehicle 2 from his lane suddenly overshoot to the other lane (opposite lane) and hit/bumped the incoming veh 1. At that juncture, veh 2 with the driver and passengers on board sustained injuries on their body while both vehicles incurred undetermined amount of damage.
ACTION TAKEN: LGU Rescue Ambulance responded at the area and assisted the injured persons and they were brought to San Marcelino District Hospital for medical treatment.Spot report to follow.
