Breaking News! 🚨🚗 The Hon’ble Supreme Court has made a landmark decision regarding Driving Licenses for Light Motor Vehicles (LMV) 🚗 and Transport Vehicles 🚚.

1️⃣ LMV license holders can operate Transport Vehicles with Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) under 7,500 kg without additional authorization 🚗.

2️⃣ LMVs and Transport Vehicles are not separate classes for licensing purposes; overlap exists 🤝.

3️⃣ Special eligibility requirements apply for e-carts, e-rickshaws, and hazardous goods vehicles 🚨.
