Ingredients

250g pasta of choice, i used linguine
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 cup unsweetened heavy whipping cream
1 cup pasta water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
I tbsp freshly minced garlic
Hand full of parsley, finely chopped

For the chicken

1 lb chicken breast
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp oil

Method:

Boil pasta according to package directions, reserve 1 cup pasta water and set aside.

Season the chicken with salt pepper, Cajun seasoning, onion and garlic powder.

Heat oil in a skillet and cook the chicken on both sides for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked. Once the chicken is cooked remove chicken and add butter on medium low heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add cream, mix well. Add salt pepper and oregano. Add freshly grated parsley cheese and parsley. Mix and cook the sauce until thicken.
Add the cook pasta along with pasta water. Mix and cook for additional 1-2 min. Add cooked chicken.

Garnish with more parsley and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.

Garlic Parmesan potato cheese balls

Ingredients

3 russet potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese cubes cut into small pieces or shredded
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp fresh minced coriander
1 tbsp garlic powder
Oil for frying
1 cup corn flakes, crushed
1 egg
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Method:

Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces. Boil in salt water until fully cooked.

Mash the potatoes. Mix salt,pepper, corn starch, coriander and garlic powder.

Make small ball shapes of the potato mixture by stuffing mozzarella cheese in between them , making sure there’s no cracks in the balls.

Beat an egg in a bowl and set aside
Add corn flakes in another bowl , coat the potato balls in egg mixture then the corn flakes.

In a pan add oil on medium heat, once the oil is hot add potato balls, (do not overcrowd the pan / fry 5-6 balls at a time). Fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden and crispy. Garnish with chopped parsley and freshly grated parsley cheese serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Chicken rigatoni with creamy tomato sauce

Ingredients

1 lb rigatoni or pasta of choice
1 chicken breast cut into thin slices
4 tbsp tomato paste
3 cloves freshly minced garlic
1/2 white onion, diced
Basil leaves, for garnish
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup pasta water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp red chili flakes
2 tbsp butter

Instructions:

Cook rigatoni in boiling salted water. Set pasta aside. Save 1 cup pasta water

Saute onions in butter . When onions are soft and translucent, add garlic and cook for a minute or two. Add tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper and red chili flakes. Cook 1 minute but do not let the garlic burn.

Add cream and stir until combined. Continue simmering over medium heat until slightly thickened. Add Parmesan cheese. Toss in cooked pasta to finished sauce in pan, and stir in just enough pasta water so that the sauce comes together.
Add mozzarella cheese and mix well.
Grill the chicken with your favorite seasoning and serve with the warm pasta.

Garnish with fresh basil and more parmesan cheese.

Chapli kabab burger

Ingredients

2 lb boneless chicken thighs, minced
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 tomato ( remove seeds) , finely chopped
2 tbsp freshly minced garlic
2 Thai green chili or 1-2 Serrano peppers, chopped
2 tbsp freshly minced coriander
Salt to taste
3/4 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp red chili flakes
1 tbsp paprika powder
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp crushed coriander
1 egg
2 tbsp gram flour
6-8 buns

To serve with:
Tzatziki sauce ( recipe in previous reels)
Green chutney ( recipe in previous reel)
Pakora fries ( recipe in previous reels)
Shirazi salad ( recipe in previous reels)

Method:

In a bowl add minced chicken, season with salt, pepper, paprika powder, red chili flakes, cumin and coriander. Add onion, garlic, tomato, coriander, gram flour. Crack in the egg. Mix well. Form a patty. You can freeze the patty at this time for later use or
Add some oil in a skillet and fry on medium low heat.
Cook for 5 minutes each side. Once cooked assemble the burger by adding lettuce, tzatziki sauce, chappli kabab followed by green sauce and salad. Serve with pakora fries and enjoy!

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Alfredo Bread 🥖

Ingredients :

1 bread loaf
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese

For the garlic butter:

1/2 cup softened butter
4 cloves of garlic finely minced
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tsp red chili flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

For the chicken

1 lb boneless chicken breast
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder

For the Alfredo sauce:

2 tbsp butter
1 cup unsweetened heavy whipping cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder

Method:

Pre heat oven at 355 F. Make the garlic butter by adding softened butter, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and chili flakes in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.

Season the chicken with the seasoning listed above and cook for 6 minutes each side onto a hot pan or grill. Once cooked cut into slices.

For the Alfredo sauce, heat butter in a skillet. Add heavy whipping cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir constantly and add the seasonings. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens.

Slice the loaf into half. Spread garlic butter evenly over the open surfaces of the bread. Top it with Alfredo sauce, followed by mozzarella cheese. Add the chicken and drizzle some more Alfredo sauce on top garnish with chopped coriander.

Place the bread on a prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Serve with Alfredo sauce and enjoy.
