I grew up from a very traditional household.

I didn't believe in doulas and midwifes before, just cause they were considered the "lesser" careers compared to nurses, doctors, engineers and lawyers by my relatives.

Turns out I was so wrong. A lot of people benefit from doulas' skills and knowledge, including myself!

I gave birth to my first born last year and lost both my parents a few months before giving birth. So I don't have any close relatives nearby to ask.

I took all the help I can even from YouTube. Better some than nothing.

Most importantly I have the Lord God with me through being a member of the Church Of Christ (Iglesia Ni Cristo) and through prayer.

I often blank on my own, so I prefer doing podcasts with guests who are skilled in their respective niche to bounce ideas with.

So for me, right now, I create first then strategically break down the long form podcast into different bite sized content that gives value to the audience.

Though I gave myself a challenge this month.

I made 20 individual content in 3 days.

Still not too bad, eh?

Which one would be more challenging for you? Creating a long form podcast? Or creating individual content?

Don't worry. We all have to start somewhere.

If these skits were in class, I'd really enjoy and, dare I say, "nail" the English subject.

But instead, my teacher told me "No! You can't be an English teacher when you grow up! Your life would be ruined!", after I expressed my interest in becoming one.

Guess what? You don't need to study Language, or any other niche topics like English, French, Sign Language, in formal school to learn! Just watch on YouTube and apply your learnings IMMEDIATELY.

Don't be like me. I thought I had to earn a degree in Marketing, in Education, in Finance, and other careers, before I can learn and practice them. I wasted half of my life before I put myself out there and TRY. So here I am online sharing my journey. 😅

This guy's commentary on sports anime is really a skill to behold. How he shares his personal stories about missing out on extracurricular activities during high school and tying it back to the theme of the show he reacts to is concise and heartfelt.

I missed out on sports in high school but when I was working, it was like a stress reliever for me to smash a shuttlecock as hard as I can.

Doesn't matter if you did not have formal education or training in sports, being an entrepreneur, a designer, podcaster, doesn't matter!

What matters is how people perceive the stories you tell and the impact of your stories on the value of your service.
