Align Your Space for the Lion’s Gate Portal — Today, August 8th

Think of it as a cosmic doorway for transformation.

This is the ideal time to reevaluate and take steps that align with your long-term goals.

When you prepare your home using Feng Shui, you create a sacred container that anchors and amplifies your ability to manifest.

Small intentional changes can open the flow for abundance, clarity, and inspiration.

Here are 8 powerful Feng Shui steps to activate this year's Lion’s Gate Portal:

1. Clear Clutter and Make Room
Your home mirrors your inner world. Release what no longer serves you, like physical items and outdated beliefs.

2. Cleanse Your Space
After you declutter, purify your home. Use sage and pay attention to the areas where the energy feels stagnant.

3. Set Powerful Intentions
Place crystals, affirmations, or vision boards where you’ll see them daily. Position them in your home’s wealth or career areas to magnify growth and success.

4. Energize for Abundance
In Feng Shui, the Southeast is tied to wealth.
Clean and clear this area and add lush, healthy plants.

For your home’s specific wealth areas, message me if you’d like a mini-session to discover these special areas.

5. Balance Yin & Yang
Blend soft, nurturing energy with vibrant, active energy. Think cozy throws, healthy plants, soft lighting, and bold décor.

6. Activate the Front Door
The front door is where energy enters. Keep your entryway open and inviting. Clean the door and add good lighting to welcome in good chi.

7. Clean + Clear Your Bedroom
Your bedroom is closely related to how you see yourself and your relationships. Refresh your bedding, open your windows, and pair furnishings and artwork.

8. Don't Skip the Kitchen!
Regardless of its location, the kitchen is an abundance area. What do you see?
Dirty dishes and food past its due date? 🚫

When your home supports your energy, you move through life with more clarity, ease, and magnetism.

What are you calling in during this Lion’s Gate Portal? 🦁

Drop it in the comments so we can anchor it together.🌟

Space As Medicine

Your home holds medicine~ if you know where to look.

You’ve only just woken up, and your body’s already in fight-or-flight.
You’re behind before the day even starts.
Your mind is spinning.
Your nervous system is fried.

In these moments, it’s easy to think that the only solution is to push through harder or escape altogether.

But what if your space could help you regulate?

This is where Feng Shui meets the nervous system.

Because the state of your environment feeds the state of your body.

And when you’re overstimulated, depleted, or maxed, your space can either keep you in the spiral or help you shift out of it.

✨ Imagine walking into a kitchen where every surface is covered.
✨ Or stepping into a bedroom that makes you feel like you still have work to do.

Now contrast that with:

🌿 A clear nightstand with a soft lamp and your favorite book.

🕯️ A candle near the stove that brings a quiet moment of calm while the coffee brews.

💨 A bit of open floor space near your entry so you can take a breath when you come in.

This is nervous system care you can see and touch.

It’s not about perfection.
It’s about creating pockets of peace that help you return to center, one room, one corner, one ritual at a time.

Your home can hold you.
It can calm you.

It can support the version of you you’re trying to become.

🪴 This is what I help clients do: Use space as a healing ally.
Create harmony in your home, so your nervous system doesn’t have to do all the heavy lifting.

It's all about finding balance within yourself and your home.

📩 Message me to learn how Feng Shui can help you reclaim peace — without overhauling your entire life.

It’s 7:15 a.m. on a weekday, and you’re already behind.

You wake up late because you barely slept.
Your inbox is already full of “urgent” emails.
The kids won’t get out of bed.
There’s no milk for breakfast.
Your partner asks if you’ve seen their keys — again.
And you spilled your coffee, well, every where!

You haven’t even brushed your teeth, and you’re already running on fumes.
Your jaw is tight, your heart’s racing, and your mind is spinning.

Sound familiar?

This is the moment so many women talk themselves out of how they feel:
"It’s fine. I’m fine. This is just how it is."
But here’s the thing — that’s not self-regulation.
It’s self-gaslighting.
And it doesn’t help.
It builds.

So what can you do instead?

✨ Acknowledge what’s real.
✨ Let it suck for a minute.
✨ Pause and ask: Do I want this moment to hijack the rest of my day?

This is where coaching comes in.
Not to slap a silver lining over your exhaustion —
But to help you interrupt the spiral
and return to yourself.

This is the work:
Choosing you, in real time — in the ordinary, messy moments.

Because this is when the hard thoughts sneak in:

“I’m failing at everything.”
“I’m not cut out for this.”
“No one notices how much I do.”

📩 Message me to book a mini-session.
Let’s build your self-trust toolkit — so you stop abandoning yourself when life pulls at every thread.

Because it’s not just about holding it all together.
It’s about how you hold yourself through it.

“I can’t do it all.”

It’s a common thought.
One many women whisper to themselves daily.

But let’s pause for a second.

Reread that thought.
“I can’t do it all.”

Now ask yourself:

➡️ How is this thought helpful?
➡️ What do you do when you think it?
➡️ How does it make you feel?
➡️ Does it spur you into action—or make you shut down?

Chances are, it doesn’t motivate you.
It probably makes you feel overwhelmed… maybe even helpless.
And from that place? It’s hard to do anything well.

Here’s the truth:

You were never meant to do everything.
But you can do what matters most—with presence and power—when you focus your energy and support your mindset.

✨ Try this instead:
💭 “I’m allowed to prioritize.”
💭 “I can’t do it all, but I can do what’s important today.”
💭 “I trust myself to handle what needs me most.”

See how different that feels?

When you change the thought,
you shift the emotion.
And that changes everything.

💬 Need help identifying the thoughts that are draining you—and finding the ones that actually move you forward?

Message me. This is what I help my clients do every day.

P.S. Be like Gracie. She can't do it all, nor would she want to. She's perfect just the way she is! 😁

You don’t have to burn it all down to begin again.

Sometimes, the shift you need is quieter than that.

It’s a drawer you finally sort through.
A shelf you clear off.
A choice to sit down with yourself and listen.

Lately, I’ve been reminded that change doesn’t always come from some big, dramatic decision.
More often, it comes from small, consistent moves back to what feels true.

A moment of stillness.
A room that finally feels calm.
A habit that supports who you’re becoming—not who you’ve outgrown.

That’s the beauty of Feng Shui—it starts in the home, but it echoes through everything.

🌀 When you move the energy in your space, you move something in yourself.
🌀 When you clear the clutter, you make space for clarity.
🌀 When your home supports you, life flows with more ease.

Whether it’s your desk, your bedroom, your thoughts—or your whole house—
if something feels stuck, that’s your invitation to begin.

Not perfectly.
Not all at once.
Just begin.

And if you want support, I’m here.
Let’s create a space—and a life—that reflects who you truly are.

Message me to schedule a mini Feng Shui session.
You’ll be amazed what even one shift can change.

In Feng Shui, clutter is a significant obstacle to creating the life you want to live.

It creates stagnancy and blocks, not just in the home, but in your mind, your body, and your life.

And often, to no fault of their own, people become blind to it.

They’ve lived with it for so long that it fades into the background.

And it’s not just the clutter you see.

❌It’s the overstuffed closets.
❌The junk drawers.
❌The cabinets you hope won’t burst open.

Look, we all have that one junk drawer, but when it becomes junk drawers…

It’s no surprise if certain areas of life aren’t flowing so smoothly.

This is why hiring a practitioner is so empowering.

Letting go of the clutter and getting organized isn't about becoming a neat freak; it's about creating calm and clarity in your life.

As a Feng Shui practitioner, I help you see what you can’t.

I’ll show you where energy is stuck and how to shift it.

Need help clearing clutter and want a fresh perspective?

Message me.

I offer mini-sessions to help you restore the flow of your home and life.

Even your cat will thank you. 🐱

The next time you catch yourself spiraling into self-criticism… pause.

Take a breath and ask yourself:

✨ “Is this actually helping me?” ✨

We’re so used to beating ourselves up, thinking it will push us forward.

But it never really does—it just chips away at our self-trust.

Instead, ask:

What would someone who loves me deeply say to me in this moment?

Feel into that.

Let it soften you.

Let it guide you back to the truth.

You don’t need to bully yourself to grow.

You need compassion, clarity, and the space to choose differently.

This is what I love most about coaching.

It helps you slow down enough to question the way you’ve been maneuvering through life… and creates space to ask better questions.

Not the ones you’ve been taught to ask.

The ones that empower you—that speak to your unique truth.

Because only you know what’s best for you.

✨ If you’re ready to stop beating yourself up and start trusting yourself instead, I’d love to support you.

📩 DM me to explore what coaching could look like for you.

A new home is more than a fresh start, it’s an opportunity to create a space that truly supports you.

Once you’ve set the intention for how you want this next chapter to feel… now what?

✨ The next step is aligning the energy of your home to support that feeling. ✨

Because even the most beautiful room can feel “off” if the energy isn’t flowing well.

This is where Feng Shui goes deeper than design.

It’s not just about color palettes and where the sofa goes, it’s about energy flow, elemental balance, and what your home is quietly communicating to your nervous system.

When I work with clients, we explore:

▪️ What’s supporting or draining your energy
▪️ What’s blocking rest, clarity, or connection
▪️ How your home reflects old stories or outdated patterns
▪️ And how to realign everything to match the life you’re ready to live

I’m doing this in my own home right now, after a season of upheaval, and it’s helping me land back in my body.

Your home should hold you, not stress you.

Before you change anything in your home, ask yourself this:

✨ "How do I want to feel in this space?" ✨

I'm asking myself this right now as I settle into a new home after a big move and a deeply personal life transition.

And honestly? It's making all the difference.

Every room serves a different purpose.
The energy you bring to it should reflect how you want to live in it.

💤 Bedroom: calm, cozy, grounded.
A sanctuary for rest and connection.

💻 Office: focused, inspired, clear.
A space that supports deep work without pressure.

🛋️ Living Room: relaxed, warm, inviting.
A place to exhale, recharge, and connect.

🛏️ Guest Room: How do you want your guests to feel?
Safe, welcomed, and at home.

Because the truth is your intention and energy are everything.
The design comes after. Start with the feeling.

Let your home reflect the life you're creating—not the life you're trying to escape.

This is where Feng Shui meets intentional living.

And it's exactly what I help my clients do.

🌀 Ready to shift the energy in your home—and your life?
Let's work together.

Back to (a new) Normal

After a season of grief and transition—losing my dad and moving homes—I'm finding my rhythm again.

And one thing that’s anchoring me is setting up my day and week with intention.

If you’ve been feeling scattered or reactive, here’s what I want you to know:

👉️What to do:

Start your week and each day with a pause. Get clear on your priorities before the world comes rushing in.

👉️When to do it:

Weekly—before Monday starts.
Daily—before checking your phone or opening your inbox.

👉️Why to do it:

Because your time and energy are too valuable to spend on default mode.

When you begin with clarity, everything flows more intentionally—your choices, your boundaries, your energy.

The how is something I go deep into with my clients—because real change happens when you personalize the process and stick with it.

If you’re ready to feel more grounded, focused, and in control of your days, let’s talk.

Wishing you a gorgeous week ahead! 😎

Tony Robbins says overwhelm isn’t really about capacity.

It’s about lack of clarity and lack of planning.

When you get clear on one next step, overwhelm starts to dissolve.

But here’s something else that quietly feeds overwhelm, "shoulding" yourself.

“I should be doing more.”
“I should have figured this out by now.”
“I should be further along.”

Every “should” adds invisible pressure and creates a sense of urgency without clarity.

It pulls you away from what you need and pushes you toward a version of yourself you think you’re supposed to be.

It makes you feel like you’ve already failed—before you’ve even begun.

You can't move forward from where you think you should be, only from where you are.

Instead, try this gentle shift:

Ask—What do I want? What do I need? What do I choose?

✨ Overwhelm loves stillness, rumination, and self-judgment.

But movement, breath, and self-compassion break the spell.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You just need one clear next step—and permission to be kind to yourself as you take it.

And if you want support getting clear, resetting your energy, or creating a life that feels like a soft place to land...

I’m here for that. 💛

Let’s talk. Reach out for a free discovery call.

Because peace is more valuable than proving your point.

Because staying would mean abandoning yourself—and you’ve done enough of that already.

Boundaries are not about control.
They’re about honoring your energy, your nervous system, your truth.

Sometimes walking away is the most loving thing you can do… for you.

✨ If this hits home—if you're navigating something heavy and you're not sure how to hold your own needs alongside someone else's—you're not alone.

This is exactly the kind of work we do in coaching.

Message me if you're ready to explore what that support could look like.
