Ahad Bab (RA), born Peer Abdul Ahad, was a highly revered Sufi mystic and saint from Sopore, Kashmir. Renowned for his asceticism and deep spirituality, he renounced worldly comforts in his twenties, dedicating his life to silent devotion, prayer, and healing the sick and troubled.Born in 1930, he came from a respected spiritual lineage. Though he briefly worked in the police department, he left it to pursue a path of extreme austerity and mysticism. He was known for staying barefoot and without clothes even during sub-zero temperatures.
