Your Excellency,
On behalf of the entire management and staff of the Kano State Ministry of Works, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you, Alhaji Abba K Yusuf, the Executive Governor of Kano State, on the momentous occasion of your second year anniversary in office.
This milestone stands as a testament to your unwavering commitment, visionary leadership, and relentless dedication to the progress and development of our dear state. Over the past two years, your administration has demonstrated exceptional resolve in repositioning Kano on the path of infrastructural transformation, economic empowerment, and social rejuvenation.
