1️⃣ Fever and chill
2️⃣ Joint and muscle paint
3️⃣ Respiratory distress
4️⃣ General malaise
5️⃣Dark urine
6️⃣Low blood sugar
⏩ DIAGNOSIS
🔹Meleria in pregnancy
⏩TREATMENT

🔹Artemision -base combination therapies (acts) safe and effective
🔹 Intermittent preventive treatment (ipt) with sulfodoxine - pyrimethamine (sp),...it protects mom and baby
🔹 Quinine for severe cases
⏩ PREVENTIVE MEASURE
🔹Use insecticide treatment bed net (itns)
🔹 Take intermittent preventive treatment (IPT) with sp
🔹 Wear protective clothing
🔹 Get regular antinatal check ups
🔹 Indoor residual spraying (irs)at home

3️⃣ Blurred vision
4️⃣ Slow healing of wound
5️⃣ Numbness in hand and feet
6️⃣ Unexplained weight lost

➡️ DIAGNOSIS 👨‍🔬👨‍🔬
🔹Diabetes
➡️ TREATMENT
Give medical like metformin or insulin
⏩ Work of metformin
🔹It help lower glucose production in the liver
🔹It increases insulin sensitivity (cell absorb glucose better
🔹 Lower blood sugar levels
⏩Work of insulin
🔹 it unlocks cells to absorb glucose (sugar) from blood,
🔹 lowering blood sugar levels.
🔹It also helps store glucose as glycogen in liver and muscles.
🔹Basically, it regulates blood sugar and energy storage.
Diabetes involves issues with insulin production or function,

And make sure constantly monitoring the patient with insulin injection because mostly diabetes patient depends on insulin for survival
