It was such a beautiful day today. I had a rehearsal for the performance piece I will be doing with my friend John Ollom at BAAD (Bronx Academy of Art & Dance) on Friday, May 10 at 8 PM. The piece is called "Threads." It's about the threads of our lives, and real threads, like some textiles, too. I will read some texts that deal with being a gay kid in a world that still works to destroy us, and being an adult and finding yourself in the process of human survival. John dances and is my guide through all of this. We have two other male dancers who will appear totally n**e. (I know, keep your eyes on the page.)
I am really looking forward to it. When we start doing more promotion for it, I'll let you know. There will be more information at https://www.baadbronx.org
