🥙 Crispy Caesar Chicken Smash Wrap

🐔 Ingredients:

1 chicken breast, ground

Salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to taste

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

1 large leaf of romaine lettuce

2 tablespoons Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1 large flour tortilla

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon panko breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch)

Olive oil spray or butter for toasting

🥣 Instructions:
Season the ground chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan.

In a hot skillet, flatten the chicken into a thin patty (like a smash burger).

Cook until crispy and golden on both sides, about 3–4 minutes per side.

Warm the tortilla slightly to make it easier to fold.

In the center of the tortilla, layer the lettuce, Caesar dressing, smashed chicken, mozzarella, and panko.

Fold into a burrito shape, tucking the sides in.

Place it back in the skillet with olive oil spray, press down with a spatula, and toast until the outside is golden and crispy.

Slice in half and serve hot — enjoy the satisfying crunch!

🌸 Floral Pancakes with Fruit & Honey – “A Bouquet on a Plate” 🌸

🧺 Ingredients:

For the pancakes:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 pinch of salt

1 egg

3/4 cup buttermilk (or milk + 1 tablespoon lemon juice)

2 tablespoons melted butter

Natural food coloring (red, pink, purple, yellow, green)

For decorating:

Sliced fruit (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango)

Fresh mint leaves

Honey or maple syrup

Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Greek yogurt or whipped cream (optional)

🥣 Directions:
Make the batter: In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk the egg, buttermilk, and melted butter. Combine both mixtures gently — don’t overmix.

Add color: Divide the batter into small bowls and add natural food coloring to each to create flower tones.

Cook floral pancakes: Use silicone flower-shaped molds (or spoon batter into petal shapes) in a greased pan over medium-low heat. Cook until bubbles form, then flip carefully.

Assemble the “bouquet”: Stack 3 to 5 colorful pancakes and layer with fruit in between. Decorate with kiwi slices for leaves and strawberries cut into heart shapes. Drizzle with honey and add mint leaves.

Finishing touch: Dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh orange juice or coffee.

The best Smash Burger Recipe 🍔

Ingredients (for 2 burgers):

400g (about 14 oz) ground beef (80/20 blend – ideal mix: chuck + brisket or short rib)

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 brioche burger buns

2 slices of American cheese (or processed cheddar)

2 tablespoons butter

Pickle slices (optional)

Finely chopped onion (optional)

Smash Sauce (special burger sauce):

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 teaspoon yellow mustard

1 teaspoon pickle juice or white vinegar

A pinch of garlic powder and paprika (optional)

Instructions:
Make the sauce: Mix all the Smash Sauce ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.

Shape the meat: Divide the beef into two 200g balls (or four 100g balls for double smash burgers). Don’t pack them too tightly.

Preheat your griddle or cast iron skillet: It should be very hot—almost smoking. Add a bit of butter or oil.

Smash time! Place the meatball on the skillet and immediately press it down firmly with a spatula (or two) to form a thin patty. Hold for 10 seconds.

Season: Sprinkle salt and pepper on the patty while it cooks.

Flip and add cheese: After 2 minutes, carefully flip the burger. Add a slice of cheese and cover for 30 seconds to let it melt.

Assemble the burger: Lightly toast the buns with some butter. Spread the sauce on both halves. Add the smash burger, pickles, and chopped onions if desired.
