Alaa Elbadry: The Ambitious Journey of a Young Woman Who Made Her Own Success
In Gharbia Governorate, Alaa Yasser Ezzat Elbadry represents an inspiring story of a young woman whoو managed to craft her success in the fields of media and marketing through perseverance and continuous effort. Alaa, 20 years old, is a third-year student at the Faculty of Special Education, Department of Sciences, Tanta University, and her story is no less significant than those of the most prominent figures in their fields.
Alaa began her professional journey at just 16 years old, starting with writing and later moving into journalism. The road was not easy; Alaa worked tirelessly to earn money to enroll in journalism and media courses. Her first real steps were taken when she joined a Reuters course in digital media and journalism, followed by another course in public relations, which opened new doors for her in the world of media.
Alaa did not stop at journalism but expanded into multiple fields. She earned the Jury's Special Award "Excellence Certificate" in the field of non-specialized TV reporting at the national level in 2024 and secured second place in the same field at Tanta University. She worked in various fields, including digital marketing as a Moderator for several pages, an Account Manager, a Social Media Specialist, and a Graphic Designer for several institutions.
In the Voice Over field, Alaa became the main voice for several brands, including "Sugar & Milk" in Egypt, and also recorded audiobooks for Japanese companies.
Challenges:
Alaa's journey was not without challenges. The biggest challenge was securing the funds necessary to purchase the tools required for her media work, but through her dedication and work in several companies, she managed to overcome this obstacle. Balancing her studies with work was another challenge, but Alaa gradually found a way to manage both.
Advice to the Youth:
Alaa sends an important message to young people: high school grades are not the end of the road. Success is crafted by our own hands, and it requires not just striving but also consistency to achieve the desired goals.
