Crispy Chicken with Creamy Pasta

This dish is a delightful blend of crispy chicken and rich, creamy pasta—a perfect comfort meal for any occasion.

Ingredients:

For the Crispy Chicken:

• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 2 eggs (beaten)
• Salt and pepper to taste

For the Creamy Pasta:

• 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp butter
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

1. Prep the Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs in one bowl. In another, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and paprika. Dip chicken in egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
2. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
3. Cook the Pasta: Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
4. Make the Creamy Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper. Let it thicken.
5. Combine: Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce until well coated.
6. Serve: Plate the creamy pasta and top with crispy chicken. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.

CALAMARES RECIPE😋😋😋
Ingredients:
3/4 kg Squid (medium or large size)
2 pcs eggs
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp cornstach
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt

For Dipping
1 1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 pc cucumber (pipino, small)
1 pc. onion (medium)
3-5 pcs red chiili

Procedure:
1. Clean and cut the squid into rings 1/2 inch in thickness.
2. Season the squid with 1/2 tsp of salt and black pepper, then add the eggs (slightly beaten).
3. Mix all dry ingredients (flour, cornstarch, 1/2 tsp salt, black pepper, and garlic powder).
4. Heat the frying pan with oil @ 350F
5. Put squid rings into the dry mixture and coat them well.
6. Drop the coated squid ring into hot oil and cook it until it is light golden brown.
7. Transfer the cooked calamari to a plate with paper towels to drain excess oil.
8. Prepare the dipping: put the vinegar in a small glass container, add the salt, sugar, chopped onion, chopped cucumber, and chopped red chili.

Chicken Mushroom Stroganoff 🍄

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
10 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Cooked egg noodles or rice, for serving
Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until browned; remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown.
Stir in flour and paprika, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
Stir in Dijon mustard and sour cream, mixing well.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5-7 minutes, until heated through.
Serve over egg noodles or rice, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes:

For a richer flavor, use a mix of cremini and shiitake mushrooms.
