Sometimes we experience firsthand what our customers deal with every day: Recently, we detected unusual contamination in the hydraulic oil of one of our own production lines. 🕵️

Instead of guessing, we turned to our own solutions.
With the OPCom Portable Oil Lab, our mobile oil laboratory for service applications, we were able to quickly find the reason for the problem: foreign particles in the oil.

The solution: Our compact oil service unit FAPC2 016. With its high filter performance and 3 μm filter element, we reliably removed the contamination in the oil – without having to replace all 600 liters.
The machine was back in operation immediately, costs were saved, and the problem was solved.

This case once again demonstrates the importance of timely diagnostics and targeted oil care.

And that’s exactly how not only us, but of course our customers worldwide benefit from solutions - fast diagnostics, clean hydraulic fluid, and maximum system availability. 💡

The OPCom Portable Oil Lab is a compact, mobile oil laboratory that enables quick and reliable testing of cleanliness and condition in hydraulic and lubrication oils. This makes it an easy, flexible, and cost-efficient solution for service tasks and mobile machinery.

With the latest generation of the OPCom Portable Oil Lab by that will soon be available for all customers, we are taking another step towards future-proof condition monitoring:
The portable unit is now compatible not only with diesel but also with biodiesel.

For an international construction equipment manufacturer, we developed a customized alternative to the existing filtration system – including a copy-protected filter element, and an optional electrical clogging indicator. 🚧

With the HFL-077 high-pressure filter by , we met all technical requirements while delivering fast sample availability, close project support by our global team, and testing of the solution in a prototype machine within a remarkably short timeframe.
This on-site validation combined with laboratory testing enabled system qualification in parallel with development – ensuring a smooth and low-risk transition to series production.

The SL2H-CP3 expands the range of screw-in cartridge valves for cavity CP3.

For a customer we enhanced two of our standard products: our smart FerroS wear sensor and LubCos H2O+ II oil condition sensor, successfully integrating both into extruders – including a connection to the customer’s own cloud solution. 💡
