Tips for Cooking Delicious Meat (Not Tough & No Gamey Smell)
1. Get Rid of the Gamey Smell (Especially Goat/Lamb)
Easy trick: rub the meat with lime juice. Or, boil it briefly with aromatic spices like ginger, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves. After that, throw away the first boiling water to get rid of the smell.
2. Make It Naturally Tender
To make meat tender without artificial tenderizers, rub it with grated young pineapple. Alternatively, marinate it with apple cider vinegar for 10-15 minutes before cooking. But donât leave it too long. If you overdo it, the meat can fall apart.
