«Melancholy Cloud» came about during a transitional period, during which I let go of many formerly close people», says Max, alias Boxwell.

Melancholy Cloud by Boxwell is an optimistic embrace of nostalgia, while meditating on the distorted picture it paints. The song reflects on those who helped shape you but must now be let go. This motive is set to electronic chamber pop: The melancholy distortion is mirrored in compressed guitars and crushed drum sequences, forming a song which grows into a deeply soothing and optimistic experience.

It warmly embraces the right, but uncomfortable decision.

It wasn’t Elise. It was Therese.

Kety Fusco is back with her haunting and beats-heavy rendition of the Beethoven classic Fur Elise.

A simple transcription error changed everything: «Therese» became «Elise». From that moment, the piece took a path Beethoven never intended. No love story. No happy ending.
And to make matters worse, the real name was erased from history.

This theory has long fascinated Kety Fusco. Who was Therese? Who was Elise? And what was Beethoven truly trying to express with a melody he could no longer hear?
Kety turned this question into a sonic journey. And instead of playing the piece sweetly, she
chose to scream it through her harp — a harp that is prepared, distorted, raw. It doesn’t
accompany. It screams. As if Beethoven himself were furious, shouting to the world: «You
didn’t understand. It wasn’t for Elise. It was for Therese.»

For every unheard FLINTA. For every distorted truth.
