Parts of my speech, from their special day 🧡
I blame Kyle for allowing me to live in my quirkiness, enjoy the little things and be myself. I never felt I needed to hide around him, and could always rely on him to be there when I needed.
Although I have always been protective of my older brother, I remember the times when he was protective of me. Although he will deny it, I reminisce when I was younger and anytime I was scared, I would grab one of my million stuffed animals and sneak into my brothers room - he was annoyed at first but ultimately he would lift up the covers, letting me crawl in and snuggle next to him.
Looking back, I think I always knew my brother was meant to be a husband and father. He has always been, kind, sensitive and willing to always put others first especially the women that mean the most to him.
Tiffany is exactly what Kyle needs - he found a strong, independent woman to help him through hardship. He found someone to appreciate his sensitive side and not mock him for it.
I’ve never experienced having a sister but she’s everything I’d hope to have in one.
She’s everything I hoped my brother would find in a partner.
And she’s everything I hoped she’d be when she became a mother.
Even though the title of sister has always been yours, Tiffany- legally welcome to the family!

I realized my passion for travel and photography around the same time, where ideally enough they went hand in hand. I took my first trip at 17 to Germany which opened my eyes to the wonderful world that I was craving to explore.
I went travelling for a year abroad right after school, testing out my photography abilities and my backpacking skills. From there I came home and spent a year in a city called Kelowna where I ended up getting a photography diploma.
Unfortunately my big travel plans stopped there and crazy enough I ended up working in the Alberta pipeline industry for nearly 2 years. I realized I had came to a point in my life where I was really going over everything and came to the conclusion that obviously this isn’t what I want to be doing for the rest of my life.
From there, I quit my job, sold my vehicle and planned a volunteer abroad trip to Thailand set out to do what I have always wanted. I planned a whole trip to visit many countries which would eventually land me in New Zealand. Well. This wasn’t the case.
While on my journey in Thailand I settled on the island of Koh Tao. My original plan was to stay for a few days and venture on out to Vietnam. The friend I was travelling with at the time convinced me to do my open water scuba course while there since the island is worldly known for its scuba diving. I finally decided that I would do it and after 3 days, I was addicted.
I couldn't get enough of the salty water and kind of terrifying claustrophobia that went along with scuba diving. From there I signed up fully from my open water all the way to my dive master which meant spending the next 5 months living on this island.
Fast forward those 5 months later and I am a certified Dive Master with over 150 dives under my belt. Since leaving the island I have been to places I never thought I would go and I continue to explore wherever life takes me, letting my intuition guide me and letting the things that come my way, happen.
I am eager to dive into the underwater world, and explore new places through the lens of my camera.
