The instrumental duo Chauffeur et Parlak(ZH/AG) returns with The Swamp, their third album in as many years 🌿

Following Homemade Pickles (2023) and In Chromatic Tension (2024), this new release rounds off the trilogy with another set of twelve tracks.

HAPPY RELEASE DAY! 💐
The fourth single, Ants on the Wall, from Black Sea Dahu’s Everything (out February 2026) explores grief in its messy and often bizarre reality. It’s the kind of song you want to spin to until everything blurs. It doesn’t answer the question of where the dead go. It simply shows us that they never really leave because nothing escapes the universe, nothing ever truly disappears.

Playful in sound and big in attitude – make room for IKAN HYU’s new single 𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗞 𝗡𝗢𝗜𝗦𝗘!

The single is named after an acoustic phenomenon, pink noise, which similar to white noise is made up of a dense amount of frequencies that sound like a rushing waterfall. The duo creates this sound using their moog synthesizer, it can be heard throughout the song and fills in parts of the lyrics during the chorus.

I’m not here to decorate, I am here to fill up the room – a main line in the song – is not only a statement that does justice to the duo’s stage presence, but also reflects the energy both band members bring into the songwriting process. To IKAN HYU, writing music is about having fun and experimenting, but also about putting yourself out there and voicing your opinion.

What started out as a one-day jamming and producing session in Vienna, where Hannah (who usually plays drums) switched things up and played the guitar, was completed in a similarly organic way, with vocals and overdubs written and recorded in the alps in between touring.

Just like with their previous single side fx, PINK NOISE features lead vocals from both Anisa and Hannah – even though the mood is very different. While side fx is a dreamy and melancholic song, PINK NOISE is a bold testimony to IKAN HYU’s sonic force.

While these first singles might seem like they belong to two different universes, they are linked by the band’s creative approach of unapologetic self-expression. In terms of sound and energy, these two songs reveal the musical range listeners can expect of the upcoming album: vulnerable and strong, introspective and explosive…

NEW SINGLE: To Athena - Dänke

With “Dänke”, To Athena releases her second single – an intense preview of the upcoming album.

“Dänke” reflects on the realization that something – a relationship, a system, a world order – has long since stopped working. And yet, we stay. Out of fear, out of habit, or because accepting reality feels too difficult. Lyrically, the song paints a striking picture of how we suppress what we don’t want to see – in love as well as in world affairs. “Dänke” is both a personal confession and a call to action: to stop looking away, to stand up, and to dare change.

Musically, To Athena strikes a new chord with “Dänke”. The familiar intimacy remains, but it is fused with unexpected force and sonic depth. Between delicacy and urgency, the track unfolds an emotional tension that goes straight to the heart – proof of To Athena’s artistic evolution without losing her poetic signature.

Following “Weird Kid”, “Dänke” is the second single from the new album, set for release in May 2026. As before, To Athena blends dialect and English in her songwriting. The album will be officially launched on May 31, 2026, at Kaufleuten in Zurich.
