A few days ago, I had the pleasure of visiting the Varia Instruments workshop in Bern. 🪩

Simon and Marcel shared the story behind the brand, their vision, and walked me through the design process of their now well-known RDM.

I also had the chance to spend some time playing on the RDM 40—an experience that truly reflects the care, craftsmanship and passion behind their work.

Two passionate people who have created an outstanding rotary mixer, proudly designed and handcrafted in Bern, with an uncompromising approach to sound quality and design.

If you’re curious, I highly recommend checking out their work and discover what they’re building.

A huge thank you to Simon and Marcel for the warm welcome, their generosity, and the time they shared with me. 🖤

I’m also excited to share that Simon Schär will be joining me for a future episode of Too Many Pancakes 🥞 , where we’ll dive deeper into his journey, and the story behind Varia Instruments.

If you don’t want to miss it, make sure to follow the Too Many Pancakes 🥞 Instagram page for updates and upcoming announcements. 🥞🖤

There’s something really special about hearing one of your own tracks come to life on a dancefloor. 🪩

I had the chance to test my latest track during my warm-up set at , and the response was beyond anything I expected. 🖤

Big up to everyone on the dancefloor for the energy, and a huge thanks to .sounds Studio for the great work on the mix.
More to come 🚀

Kicking off a night is never an easy task.
You have to set the mood, gradually draw people onto the dancefloor and lay the foundations for what’s to come, whilst staying true to the night’s identity.

It’s a role I particularly enjoy, because it requires reading the room, understanding the energy of the moment and building something that will make people want to stay and take things further.

I think I managed to strike that right balance that evening. 🖤🎶

Thanks to Rave-O-lution Rave for having me and a big shout-out to the Hive Club teams for their kindness!
