Since their formation in 2013, driven by Biel/Bienne-based bassist Adrien Guerne, have set the stage on fire with their unique blend of Latin rhythms, psychedelia, French lyrics, and an unmistakably rock energy. On Saturday, July 12, they played their final show at , a memorable concert that marked the end of a musical journey that left a lasting impression on the local scene.

At Creaked, we had the pleasure of working with them on two releases: the EP “Vacances à Mer” (2020) and the album “Erotico Enthousiaste” (2021) —two records that beautifully capture their spirit and sound.

Thank you, Los Orioles, for the music, the memories and the raw energy. A chapter ends, but we wish you all the best for the future and many exciting new artistic adventures to come!

Ten years ago, made its bold debut on Creaked with “Reboot” —a genre-blurring compilation that redefined underground club music.

Released on June 15, 2015, “Reboot” brought together a new wave of producers experimenting across the electronic spectrum: from grime to ghetto-bass, from melodic techno to raw industrial cuts. Featuring standout tracks by , , , , She’s Drunk (), Lemonick (), and more, the compilation offered a forward-thinking snapshot of club culture in motion.

A decade later, this compilation still pulses with energy, unpredictability, and that unmistakable Files Rec. spirit — fearless, emotional, and strictly made for the dancefloor.

Today, we celebrate 20 years since the release of a visionary album from our catalogue: “Two Sleepwalkers On A Tight-Rope” by Opak — the duo of Arnaud Sponar (better known now as ) and Julien Grandjean.

Released on May 27, 2005, in 2xLP, CD and digitally, this second and final album fused hypnotic atmospheres, driving live instrumentation, and fearless experimentation into an uncompromising sound at the crossroads of post-rock, electronic and avant-garde music.

Though Opak is no longer active, “Two Sleepwalkers On A Tight-Rope” remains a source of inspiration, still praised for its futuristic and boundary-pushing vision — a testament to a band ahead of its time.

Swiss artist drops her new 4-track EP “RDX_CLB“ today, featuring two original tracks plus killer remixes by (Kindergarten, Nervous Horizon) and (Bad Manners, Steel City Dance Discs). From breakbeat to IDM to hard-edged techno, this one’s built for the club and dancefloor lovers.

Today marks the 10-year anniversary of two standout releases from our catalogue!

On May 22, 2015, Gaspard de La Montagne (now more widely known as ) released “Stallion”, a two-track EP that followed his acclaimed debut. Blending introspective techno, rich basslines and elusive optimism, the record made a bold statement from an artist navigating the space between emotional depth and club precision. A decade later, it still sounds remarkably fresh. That same day, Swiss duo unveiled ‘Revolution 10’, a standout single from their praised second album “Jura”, accompanied by four visionary remixes. From ’s NYC twist to inventive reinterpretations by SIMPIG ( + .official ), , and K**r ( ), the release stood out as a vibrant example of creative reimagining.

Ten years on, both records remain powerful milestones of boundary-pushing electronic music.
