Somewhat belated post *on FB* 😉

Tune in into last Unjin's inspired, introspective set.. Celebrating this Summer's solstice with the fantastic selection of excellent DJ/Producer from Seoul (Korea).

Unjin's reputation for pushing musical boundaries began back in the mid 90’s as one of Korea's first underground indie musicians, in Seoul's relatively young underground music scene. Fast becoming known in Asian techno circles as one of top producers and DJs to watch, Unjin has recently moved to Berlin to satisfy his ambitions & development regarding his art.

He's also the founder of Korea’s first techno label ECI Korea, a platform to expose emerging domestic and international talents to the world stage. Both as composer and producer, Unjin has played a key role in laying the foundation for a Korean techno culture.

We let you dive into his beautiful mix w. a slick, rounded progression showcasing just the perfect balance between introspective, intricate percussive sounds and more extroverted accents. All converging with perfect harmony thereby celebrating Summer in lush style.

ǝɯǝɐ is the musical exploring project of the musician from island of Mallorca (Balearic Islands), Miquel Alzanillas. His interest in technology/avant-garde music inspired him to start producing and DJing at a young age. Since he has collaborated on various interdisciplinary projects, both in live performances & sound installations as well as for audiovisual projects both in sound design for advertising campaigns and scoring for a feature film.

Currently he combines ǝɯǝɐ w. designing/ developing code for various Python applications.

With his 2nd album since 2019, ǝɯǝɐ is set to push his own limits even further, seeking a more digital and processed sound through landscapes that evoke science fiction in a dystopian future.
