You’ve made the changes.
You’ve stopped saying yes to work that drains you.
You’ve started practicing presence.
You’re no longer floating—you’re creating.
But what do you do when the life you’re intentionally creating
doesn’t look anything like what you pictured?
That happened to me.
I was building meaningful connection—on purpose.
But the relationships I was calling in weren’t aligned.
Things felt clunky.
The ways we came together weren’t smooth or sacred.
Disconnection still showed up. So did loneliness.
I had done “the work.” So why was it still this hard?
It’s here—in this exact moment—where most people stop.
Where the tension between vision and reality makes you want to throw in the towel.
You feel powerless. Disoriented. You wonder:
“Did I really have a vision, or was I just chasing a fantasy?”
But this moment?
This is the moment that matters most.
Because this is where you embody what you’re creating.
For me, this was where I actually learned meaningful connection.
Not in the vision board version.
Not in the “when everything’s calm and I’m journaling alone” version.
But when things were messy.
When it was hot.
When I was overwhelmed, triggered, tired, and had no alone time.
That’s when I learned to stay.
To welcome the unwelcome.
To meaningfully connect to myself in conflict,
in stress, in disappointment.
Every time I chose to lean in instead of check out,
I got closer to embodying the life I’m choosing.
Not a perfect life.
But one that I’m present for—at all times.
So if the dream doesn’t match the reality yet…
Don’t give up.
Lean in.
The misalignment is where the becoming happens.
It’s where the walk becomes the way.
Join me for a 4-week experience where we move from your mind to your body to integration and embodiment DURING the challenge, so you can see how to shape your experience such that it changes your experience of the moment and the outcomes that you generate.
