Ever wondered how much time your team wastes answering the same questions over and over again?
Today we are excited to share the groundbreaking project our participant Amiguet Ludovic has been developing - Deploying AI agents and automation systems.
The Challenge: Many professional environments drain human resources on repetitive, low-value tasks: answering identical questions, entering the same data into multiple tools, or classifying tickets. These essential but mundane operations tie up skills that could be used on strategic work.
How it works: Ludovic's AI agent analyzes each incoming helpdesk request, determines if a known solution exists, and directly responds to users when it does. The support team now only handles complex cases that require human expertise.
Key Features:
- Automated ticket analysis and response system
- RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) for accurate, verified answers
- Self-hosted, open-source architecture
- Intelligent escalation to human agents when needed
Technical Foundation: Built on open-source and self-hosted tools for maximum control and data sovereignty. The system uses validated internal knowledge bases, ensuring AI responses are accurate and traceable. When no relevant data exists, it escalates rather than fabricating answers.
What makes it special: Beyond simple automation, this system applies across multiple domains - HR can automate application screening, customer support can handle common requests instantly, and finance can automatically check expense reports. The RAG technology ensures AI acts as a trustworthy assistant, knowing when to respond and when to escalate.
The Impact: This project proves that automation does not replace teams - it frees them to focus on high-value work. By choosing open-source solutions and self-hosting, companies maintain data control, avoid vendor lock-in, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Smart automation that transforms repetitive processes into fast, reliable, and controlled workflow.
