Präsens Editionen was founded in 2011 to give home to zweikommasieben Magazin. Ever since a bunch o If that sounds cool, feel free to say hi!

Ever since a bunch of magazines, books, zines, records, tapes and oddities have been published. We’re open for project suggestions; and our interests are quite broad. However, please take the time to look at the realized projects to get an idea what’s going to happen and what’s rather not going to happen. Further, we’re an independent organization and our resources are limited (which means we’re not just doing it all for you).

Divided by Dusk by will be our first audio release of 2026 🪨🌿🌝

Magda, who is one half of , returns with layers of dark-ambient tones that intertwine with field recordings, textured violin, and luminous folk motifs, invoking long-gone, unspecified rituals. Divided by Dusk is Magda’s third solo album, and it will be available on colored cassette tape and as a digital album.

We released this wonderful tape by just before summer began—and we couldn’t be happier about it 😌
Since this release grew out of collaboration, we felt it deserved to be celebrated IRL and with some of the folks who made it possible. Join us tomorrow (September 20) at , where some of the project’s contributors will be playing music from 10pm onwards. We’ll also bring along the very last copies of the tape we produced—make sure to grab one. (If you can’t make it, there are a few left in our webshop—but not for long...)
