Composition of the Week #1

With “New Horizons” by Swiss composer Dominic Frank, we are launching our “Composition of the Week” series, in which we will be introducing our composers and their works.

Dominic composed the opening piece, New Horizons, for the Swiss military brass band RS 16-1/20. It is an opening work full of energy and youthful spirit.

The year 2025 is drawing to a close, and we are already looking forward to the coming year, which will bring many new compositions. We will once again be represented several times in contests with test pieces. We are particularly looking forward to this. Our composers are being played more and more frequently and are also gaining increasing recognition and appreciation from the committees that select the test pieces.
We are proud to be able to work with you.
