first ever cnc milled part of my life 🫣😂 i had a shift in the y axis… well… sooo many things to think about! this first part definitely changed the way i will think about how i should design a part in 3d and how many tools i want to use in the milling process 😅

learn every fu***ng day! it doesn‘t matter where… at the office, at the workshop,… keep on pushing! but this time i found an opponent… the endboss… reading and editing scripts… wtf 😂🫣 second hand is ok… but loose wires kept fooling me for quite a while! a new chapter in my workshop life **ttothelimit

reverse engineering 🤓 first try scanning part of a bike and working in 3d with it… must say: that works damn good!! new tool will stay and help me with my old school cardboard method… front headlight printed and fits 🔥😎🤘🍻

Ducati valve cover prototype looks like it would fit 😎 and some cleaning action with the blaster makes those old heads look like new! 🤓

future style... here we go! finally got a hand on a Creality Otter 3d scanner for the first time and built a valve cover for a Ducati engine in CAD. Would be cool to have a window in the valve cover and see the valves go up and down, no? :-)

weight is always a thing… loosing it aint that easy, but lets see what we can do here! the most impressive parts are the wheels and the battery! the Dymag wheels are in total almost 5kg lighter than the original ones!! and you‘ll save another 3.6kg with a good battery! all part‘s i‘ve removed are 25.9kg!!! 😮😮 of corse i‘ll have to add some weight again but the reduction should be around 20kg 😎🔥🤘🤓

special frames need special wheels! The best wheels on this planet ! let‘s see how light this bike will be in the end! the original ones are… not very good looking and quite heavy…

2024 was a tough year for me… for us… working 10-12h a day at the office and being a part of „streetfighters the fair“ working another 3-4h a day for a few months was just 2 much! loosing faith in people and not getting support doesn‘t help 😕 giving more then you are capaple of brings you to a point of no return… in the end you are there… no feelings, empty,… no joy… a few months without sozial media and not really any urge to post anything ever again… but u know what? f**k it! i really enjoy learning from others and looking at stuff other people build! i‘m happy to see cool builds from others… maybe others can use some of that s**t we are doing for what ever it takes 🛠️ i‘m really stocked that wrote an article in the new magazine available at stors now! big thx to the fotographer for the great pics! we will start this year with some great builds, so stay tuned! 🔥😎🤘work hard or go home!
