Each take now includes a complete package of timecode and genlock synced deliverables:

Core Animation Data:

- 1 FBX skeleton animation file with props and markers
- 1 C3D marker data file (optional)

For an international video production startup that is working on the next generation of AI video generation, Quantum Stage is looking to fill various roles.

DESCRIPTION
Indoor, multiple camera, green screen shoot (no motion capture) at our studio location. Two scenes, speaking directly to the camera. Please note that the recordings will be used for AI training and AI video generation.

CRITERIA
Native English speaker or language skills. In possession and able to wear the outfits indicated in the role look description.

SALARY
CHF 500 + 1% of revenue from videos generated with the successful candidate. Travel expenses covered up to CHF 100.

SHOOT DATES
Shooting will happen on December 20th and 21st 2024, for 2 hours between the hours of 10am to 6pm (tbd).

Location: Quantum Stage, Winterthur, Switzerland.

As 2023 draws to a close its time to reflect and show some of the projects Quantum Stage FX was part of this year.

As a first spotlight we have one of our most captivating client projects: "Escalade - The Darkest Night", crafted for the location-based-VR pioneer Artanim.

🔑 Our Contributions:
🎭 Retargeted and refined motion capture data recorded at Artanim's facilities.
🧰 Developed Python tools for Motion Builder to boost data efficiency.
📊 Delivered 14,500 seconds (4 hours) of animation across for 23 unique characters, 64 props and 20 facial performance clips.

As part of the Epic Animation Bootcamp 2023 Quantum Stage FX developed a short narrative teaser.

Everything was done in 2.5 weeks time, from concept to asset sourcing, performance capture, animation editing and final rendering in Unreal Engine 5.

Sometimes you just have to channel you inner beast!

As part of testing and improving our pipeline we had Ophir Raray with his new in the together with Armin Berger from 47 Grad Pictures as camera operator.

Running everything in on set allowed us to quickly iterate and finding shots for this test shoot. Everything was done in a single day including markers, solving, characterization, previz, wireless video feed and camera tracking.

That's a wrap!

Second wrapped for https://www.working-class.ch by Dschoint Ventschr and Blindflug Studios

This time with a dedicated crew for on-set in which was a major help in finding and capturing the right performance for each shot.

Thanks go out to the talented Frédéric Hein, Levin Vieth and director Samir well as last but not least our amazing mocap actor Ophir Raray !
