د افغانستان کرکټ بورډ د بورډ غړو ترمنځ ځانګړې مهالنۍ ناسته ترسره شوه
افغانستان کرکټ بورډ کې نن د بورډ د غړو ترمنځ ځانګړې مهالنۍ ناسته ترسره شوه چې پکې د افغانستان شل اوریز غوره لیګ د دویم پړاو د ترسراوي، د الوخېلو او نجیب الله تره کي کرکټ لوبغالو پر پلان، طرح کولو او یادو لوبغالو د رغنیز چارو پر پیل او د افغانستان کرکټ بورډ د پنځه کلنې سټراټېژۍ پر تعدیل او لاسلیک خبرې اترې وشوې.
په دغه ناسته کې چې د افغانستان کرکټ بورډ د عمومي رییس ښاغلي میرویس اشرف په مشرۍ ترسره شوه؛ د نوموړي سربېره پکې د بورډ نورو غړو هر یوه ښاغلي خان جان الکوزي، ښاغلي ډاکټر احمد خالد حاتم او ښاغلي اتیلا کامګار په حضوري ډول ګډون درلود، په داسې حال کې چې د افغانستان کرکټ بورډ اجراییوي رییس ښاغلي نصیب خان، او د بورډ نورو غړو هر یوه ښاغلي الله داد نوري، ښاغلي عبیدالله صدرخېل او ښاغلي رییس احمدزي په انلاین بڼه ګډون کړی وو.
یاده ځانګړې ناسته د افغانستان کرکټ بورډ د عمومي رییس ښاغلي میرویس اشرف له لوري د بورډ نورو غړو ته د ښه راغلاست ویلو سربېره د تېرو پلانونو او لاسته راوړنو د معلوماتو په وړاندې کولو سره پیل شوه، چې د افغانستان کرکټ بورډ د اړوند څانګو د مسوولینو له لوري پکې معلومات وړاندې شول.
ورپسې د اړوند اجنډا پر نورو اړوند مواردو (افغانستان شل اوریز غوره لیګ د دویم پړاو د ترسراوي، د کابل الوخېلو او نجیب الله تره کي لوبغالو د پلان او رغنیزو چارو د پلي کولو او د کرکټ د نورو فعالیتونو او همغږۍ د ډېروالي) په تړاو خبرې اترې وشوې.
دا چې د افغانستان شل اوریز غوره لیګ دویم پړاو د ترسراوي په موخه د سیالیو د ځای مشخص کول تر دې دمه پاتې و، د بورډ د غړو د اکثریت رایو پر بنسټ د متحده عربي اماراتو او عمان هېوادونو له ډلې ټولو اړوند اسانتیاو، د انساني سرچینو موجودیت، د لوبغالو اسانتیاو او نورو اړوند مواردو ته په پام سره متحده عربي امارات وټاکل شو، ترڅو پکې له سوداګریز همکار سره له سلا مشورې وروسته په ټاکل شوې نېټې دویم پړاو افغانستان شل اوریز غوره لیګ سیالۍ ترسره شي.
سربېره پر دې په دغه ناسته کې د کابل د الوخېلو معیاري لوبغالي د نقشې د پلان او طرحې وروسته د لوبغالي د رغنیزو چارو پر پیل هم د بورډ اکثریت غړو رایه ورکړه، ترڅو ژر تر ژره یې عملي چارې پیل شي؛ دا په داسې حال کې ده چې تر دې دمه یاد لوبغالي پر یاده ځمکه د حقوقي قضیې له امله د لوبغالي د پلانونې او عملي چارو د پیل کارونه درېدلي وو.
د افغانستان کرکټ بورډ عمومي رییس ښاغلي میرویس اشرف د بورډ غړو په یاده ناسته کې وویل: ((دا د خوشحالۍ زېري دي چې موږ په ورته وخت کې هم د افغانستان شل اوریز غوره لیګ دویم پړاو سیالیو د ترسراوي پړاو ته نږدې شوي یو، دغه راز باید ووایم چې د الوخېلو د ځمکې چارې له ټولو اړوند ادارو راخلاصې شوې او حقوقي قضیه یې حل شوه چې په دې برخه کې موږ د اړوند ادارو له ټولو چارواکو ځانګړې مننه کوو چې له موږ سره یې پوره او هر اړخیزه همکاري وکړه.))
نوموړي دغه راز زیاته کړه: ((موږ اوسمهال افغانستان شل اوریز غوره لیګ او دغه راز د افغانستان په کوربه توب لوبلړۍ له هېواده بهر ترسره کوو چې د الوخېلو لوبغالي په بشپړېدو سره به یوه ورځ ان شاءالله د کابل د الوخېلو ښکلي لوبغالي کې د افغانستان شل اوریزه غوره لیګ او بهرنیو لوبو د ترسراوي شاهدان او لیدونکي واوسو.))
همدارنګه په دغه ناسته کې د افغانستان کرکټ بورډ د راتلونکې پنځه کلنې (۲۰۲۵-۳۰) سټراټېژې او تګلارې په تړاو هم خبرې وشوې چې د اړوند مواردو له تعدیل وروسته د افغانستان کرکټ بورډ د بورډ غړو ته د لاسلیک په موخه وسپارل شوه چې له اړوند پروسې وروسته به د دوی له لوري لاسلیک شي.
دغه راز په یاده ځانګړې ناسته کې د کرکټ پر تخنیکي مواردو، پرمختګونو، د افغانستان کرکټ بورډ او د دغې ادارې د بورډ د غړو ترمنځ پر لا ډېرې همغږۍ، ناستو، فعالیتونو او لاسته راوړنو هم خبرې اترې وشوې چې د بورډ ټولو غړو پرې هوکړه وکړه.
د یادونې وړ ده چې افغانستان کرکټ بورډ د سترو تصمیمونو او پرېکړو په نیولو، د سټراټېژیو د پلي کولو او نورو مواردو په ترسراوي کې د بورډ له غړو سره سلا مشورې کوي چې د دوی له هوکړې وروسته ټولې اړوند چارې ګام په ګام عملي کوي.

The ACB holds a Special Board Members Meeting
The Afghanistan Cricket Board hosted a special meeting among Board Members that aimed to discuss several key topics including the second edition of the Afghanistan Premier League, planning and design for the Alokhel and Najibullah Tarakai cricket stadiums, its construction works prioritizations, and the revision and approval of ACB’s five-year strategic plan and constitution.
The meeting, chaired by ACB Chairman Mirwais Ashraf, was attended by board members Khan Jan Alokozai, Dr. Ahmad Khalid Hatam, and Atila Kamgar, while ACB CEO Mr. Naseeb Khan and other board members; Allah Dad Noori, Obaidullah Sader khail, and Raees Ahmadzai joined online.
The session began with a welcome address by Mr. Mirwais Ashraf, followed by a presentation of updates on previous plans and achievements, shared by the CEO office of the Afghanistan Cricket Board.
The member had comprehensive discussions on launching the second edition of the Afghanistan Premier League, planning and implementing the Alokhel and Najibullah Tarakai Stadiums construction projects, amendments in five-year strategic plan, constitution and strengthening coordination and other cricket-related activities.
Since the venue for hosting the second edition of the Afghanistan Premier League had not yet been finalized, the Board Members decided to select one country between the United Arab Emirates and Oman. The decision was made after considering all relevant factors such as available facilities, human resources, and stadium infrastructure. Following further consultation with the commercial partner, the second edition of the Afghanistan Premier League will be held in the selected country on the available window.
Additionally, the board members approved the initiation of construction works for the Alokhel Cricket Stadium following the completion of its design and planning phase. The work had previously been halted due to a legal dispute over the land, which has now been resolved.
It is worth mentioning that the Afghanistan Cricket Board had decided to start Alokhel Cricket Stadium construction two years ago. However, during the process, a legal case emerged that postponed the project works. A few days ago, the case was resolved in favor of the Afghanistan Cricket Board, and the relevant court granted permission for resuming the ground construction.
The ACB Chairman Mr. Mirwais Ashraf said:
“I am pleased that we are now close to launching the second edition of the Afghanistan Premier League. In addition to this, I am very happy to announce that the legal issues regarding the Alokhel land have been resolved, and all clearances have been obtained from the concerned authorities. We sincerely thank all officials who cooperated with us comprehensively in this regard.”
“Currently, our T20 League and international home series are being held abroad, but once the Alokhel Stadium is completed, we will, Inshallah, host the Afghanistan Premier League and international matches right here in our own international stadium at Alokhel area of Kabul.” He further added.
The meeting also included discussions on the ACB’s upcoming Five-Year Strategic Plan (2025–2030), and constitution which was reviewed, amended, and submitted to the board members for approval following the completion of the relevant procedures.
Moreover, the meeting featured deliberations on technical cricket aspects, development plans, and ways to enhance coordination, meetings, activities, and achievements between the ACB management and board members all of which were mutually agreed upon.
It is worth mentioning that the Afghanistan Cricket Board consults with its board members before making major decisions, implementing strategies, or executing key initiatives ensuring that all matters are carried out step by step based on their collective consensus.
