What do you want to be — poor or rich?
That’s a question my brother once asked me after a seminar on business and personal growth. The moment he said it, he added with a little laugh: “I guess you already know your answer, right?”

And yes — I did.

When I started my online business, questions like these kept coming up for me. Because if you don’t know where you’re walking, how can you expect to arrive at the place you truly want to be?

Of course, mindset alone isn’t everything — action matters just as much. But still, our mind needs clarity about the direction first.

So do I want to be poor or rich?

For me the answer is clear: I want to be rich.
🌱 Rich in experiences.
🌱 Rich in choices.
🌱 Rich in beautiful connections and belonging.
🌱 And yes — also rich financially.

Even now, 1,5 years into this journey, it sometimes still feels a little strange to write that out loud. Probably because of what others might think. And that just shows how much tension still exists around this topic.

But here’s what I’ve realized:

Think of all the things you dream of doing. The experiences you want to have. The impact you want to create. The good you want to give.

And now imagine how much easier, lighter, more powerful all of that becomes when money is no longer the main worry. How much more you were able to give - to yourself and others.

Because in the end, we can only ever give what we already have.

So let me ask you again:
✨ Do you want to be poor — or do you want to be rich?

“Own it. This is a business where those feelings are allowed to be there.”
That’s something I’ve heard so many times inside our community.

And who doesn’t know this feeling? You walk into work already feeling low — and instead of asking yourself what you really need to feel better, the only thing on your mind is how to hide it so no one else will notice.

I did that too. Way too many times.

Hiding my real feelings and emotions. Even though they so badly needed to be heard and seen.

But now it’s different.
Now I work in a field where all of this is welcomed.

There’s a saying: “Your business is a mirror of yourself.”

And I truly believe it. Because if you want to grow your business, you have to grow yourself.

And what better guidance for growth than your own emotions?

They don’t always feel good, but they show you what’s real. They point you to your next step. They help you grow into the future version of yourself you want to become.

So yes — own them. All of them.

Because this is a business where your feelings aren’t something to hide. They belong.

It’s the pressure of being in your 20s — a time full of ups and downs, of searching for direction, and trying to find the path that truly fits.

It’s the transition from being guided by others, to suddenly feeling the need (and pressure) to figure it all out perfectly on your own.

I felt it too.
About 1.5 years ago, I stood at a crossroads:

👉🏻 A prestigious job I thought was my “dream job,” the kind that looked good on the outside but left me unfulfilled, numb, and just trying to survive each day.

👉🏻 Or starting something completely new. With no clue, no experience, no proof it would work.

While my friends were specializing in their careers, I was starting over from scratch.

But what I saw was a possibility: a glimpse of a life that truly fit me, that felt fulfilling and free. A life where I could live my bucket list now, not just during 5 weeks of vacation.

That’s what I found when I came across this business opportunity.

And when you look at it from that perspective — does it really matter if it takes 1, 2, or even 4 years?

Because in the end, how incredible would it feel to look back and say:

✨ “That’s what I built these last 2 years. Guided by my intuition, following my dreams.”

Sounds pretty incredible to me!

Who else has heard the phrase “Work smarter, not harder” and thought: yes, that’s exactly it?

And honestly — I couldn’t agree more. That’s exactly why we work with AUTOMATED SYSTEMS.

But let’s quickly clear up what that actually means ⬇️

Automated systems are strategies, structures, and tools that save time by working in the background. For example:

👉🏻 Instead of explaining this business model to every single new person myself, I can create a free webclass once — and it does the explaining for me. Anytime, anywhere, even while I sleep.

That’s powerful, right? It means your energy goes into building rather than repeating.

⏩ But here’s the catch I want to be honest about: automation doesn’t replace the real work.

You still need to do the heavy lifting in the beginning — learning the skills, growing yourself, stepping out of your comfort zone. No bot or system can do that part for you.

So yes, work smarter, not harder — but don’t skip the stages that actually grow you. The smarter part only works because you first put in the effort to create something worth automating.

📩 DM “READY” if you’re still wondering how to work online that actually allows you to leverage smart systems instead of trading endless hours for results.

Monthly Mindset Notes – SEPTEMBER ✨

Like every month, I want to share my personal takeaways and little mindset shifts from the past few weeks. So here they are:

🌱 Building your own support system is one of the most powerful gifts you can give yourself.

🌱 Being honest, real, and authentic — letting others see your emotions — can sometimes save you in the moments you least expect.

🌱 Acting on ideas right away, without overthinking or second-guessing, is what truly frees the mind. And often, it’s exactly what moves the needle forward.

🌱 Why? Because when we stop fearing mistakes and just start doing, everything changes. A ship that stands still is almost impossible to steer — because growth comes through movement, through taking action.

✨ What would become possible if you really locked in on your goals and daily actions for the next 100 days? What would I...

✨ What would become possible if you really locked in on your goals and daily actions for the next 100 days? What would I be able to achive?

So let’s do this. Let’s start an experiment for those next 100 days — and here’s what’s on my list:

- consistent morning & evening routines
- feeding my mind daily with podcasts, meditations, books, vision work
- doing my non-negotiable biz tasks 6x per week (with one full day off to recharge)
- taking action on every idea that pops up (don’t think, just move)
- learning a handstand + pull-up
- nailing my movement, steps, and healthy food
- choosing and implementing real nourishing breaks instead of Netflix

Because honestly — what is it that we have to lose?

👉🏻 Now I’m curious: What are you working towards in the next 100 days? Drop it in the comments so we can hold each other accountable.

“We only need to find this hidden thing or create that one post, and then everything will finally fall into place”? Do y...

“We only need to find this hidden thing or create that one post, and then everything will finally fall into place”? Do you sometimes catch yourself thinking that?

👉🏻 Because honestly I don’t believe in that any longer.

I used to believe that too. That the change I was looking for would come from something outside of me. But here’s what I’ve learned:

We all carry an inner capacity — a baseline of how much success, happiness, alignment, or fulfillment we allow ourselves to hold. And the moment we cross it, we unconsciously find ways to fall back.

So maybe it’s not that we can’t create success…
Maybe it’s that we haven’t yet become the version of ourselves who can actually hold and carry it.

And from this perspective, wouldnt it all start from the inside?

Think about it that way: The life we’re living today is simply the result of our decisions and actions (or inactions) of the past.

And if that’s true… imagine what could shift if you radically changed how you think, act, and show up from now on.
Wouldn’t that also create a complete different outcome?

✨ If this hits home, let it be your reminder that real change will always start from the inside.

✨ Do you know that feeling when you really want to lock in, get things done, and fully focus on one thing…
…but suddenly the dishes, a walk, or finishing that new Netflix series seem so much easier?

I know it all too well.

But what motivates me every single time are these new chapters — like when there are 100 days left in the year.
It feels like a clean slate. A fresh spark.

And once I start, it becomes something I don’t want to break.

So if you’re like me and this feeling resonates — take this as your sign to start working on your goals now. To stay on track and allow yourself to see what actually becomes possible.

That’s exactly what I’ll be doing — and if you want to join, let me know. Because I truly believe one of the most powerful things is accountability: knowing there are others walking the same path alongside you.

Sometimes I wonder if I’m digging my own grave right now 😅
Because I’m setting up systems that aren’t exactly easy to escape.

Let me explain.

One of my bad habits (aka my nervous system trying to protect me) is procrastination. Which means not taking action on my goals, ignoring priorities, or keeping myself busy instead of being productive.

So - I came up with a few ideas that are in the works right now.
And they all come down to one thing: accountability.

✨ A co-working group where we meet every morning to get our most important business tasks done. No “I’ll just quickly do this before,” but starting with what actually moves the needle.

✨ A WhatsApp group to share our top priority of the day - cutting out the noise and staying focused on what truly matters.

✨ Both of these are here to keep me accountable. To have people walking the path with me, reminding me to stay on track, and not letting me slip into old patterns too easily.

And even that sounds amazing and I know it’s going to help me, I also know myself. I know how my body usually reacts when it feels cornered: resistance, excuses, finding sneaky ways to escape.

And still - that’s just part of the deal.

One of the most important things I keep hearing about building your own business is this: the first skill you have to learn is leading yourself.

That’s exactly what this is. A little support, a little structure, and the reminder that…

👉🏻 Who said starting your own business has to be a lonely journey?
