Contemporary Art Galleries is a blog about international galleries of contemporary art. The blog collects a series of interviews with gallery owners. Our aim is to tell stories, to provide insights in the art scene, and to introduce the people behind the galleries. Contemporary Art Galleries is an editorial project by Silvia Anna Barrilà and Jana Hyner, two arts journalists and friends based in Berlin. We do not follow market listings and do not compile rankings of our own. We initiate conversations with and about the galleries we consider relevant.
