SPB TV provides an end-to-end solution for launching OTT TV or IPTV service from scratch.

In 2007, we started the flexible Rosing platform for OTT and IPTV. Projects for telecom operators and media companies have been implemented on the basis of our platform. Among our partners are MTS, Beeline, A1, Russia Today, Danzer and other companies from all over the world. Within the framework of cooperation with Chinese media companies and news agencies, we provide viewers with access to their content from anywhere in the world. 80% of our employees are engaged in R&D, thanks to this, we are constantly expanding our capabilities: our own CDN network for uninterrupted broadcasting in Russia and the CIS, a highly efficient transcoding software system, patented technologies for replacing in-stream advertising, a unique set-top box for personalized viewing media content on the home screen.

SPB TV technological solutions optimally meet the needs and expectations of customers. To date, about 60 million users have watched video delivered on their device using the SPB TV Rosing platform. Our know-hows were marked with national and international awards, including CSI and Big Digit.
