IMPORTANT:
Now, it seems there's a new problem regarding the refund of funds between banks and transactions so that you, who had reserved your stuff, can now have peace of mind. However, it seems the current problems aren't stopping, and it's my duty to be as transparent with you as possible so that you know the reason for each action, delay, and positive resolution within a given timeframe. Our banks is having trouble transferring funds to PayPal so we canΒ΄t return the respective amounts to each of you. We've been trying to contact to the banks to resolve this issue but have been unsuccessful.
So, all we can do is place our hopes once again in the fact that you, as followers of our work and underground maniacs, will trust us once again and that we will refund the respective money for orders that can no longer be sent to the USA or "ANY OTHER PENDING REFUNDS." That's why we want to be transparent with you, communicative, and as honest as possible from now on. The idea is to be able to post each of the actions frequently, not daily but once or twice a week to keep you updated on everything that's happening. We will look into the possibility of being able to obtain foreign funds to partially cover the funds and thus be able to return the money you have put in for the rejected orders.
Once again, we deeply apologize for this global disaster with the rejection of orders, delays, and now the funds that will be frozen for a certain period of time. We know how important it is for the audience and the people who have been following us for years to have the stuff and the experience of being able to enjoy the physical works of the artists they love. We know this because we are on the same side! For that reason, we offer our most sincere apologies for everything that is happening. We have never failed in our mission to deliver the packages and provide a comfortable space or dialogue, but we have been through dark days... however, we will get through this.
