Ateh Tracy a finalist for Miss Intelligence Abakwa 2025 carried out a project on ZERO HUNGER at Alakuma Orphanage.
She reported;
"As part of my commitment to the Miss Intelligence Abakwa 2025 pageant and my personal project titled "No Hunger," I visited the Alakuma Orphanage on Sunday. The goal of this initiative is to combat hunger and support vulnerable children in our community.
For this visit, I successfully raised 20,000 FCFA, which I used to purchase essential food items and basic supplies for the children. Items donated included [sanitary pads,salt,maggi cubes ,toilet tisues, etc ].
During the visit, I spent time with the children, shared smiles, encouraging words, and reminded them that they are loved and not forgotten. The staff at the orphanage expressed heartfelt gratitude, and the joy on the children's faces was deeply moving.
This experience reaffirmed my passion for community service and my belief that no child should go to bed hungry. I am grateful to all who supported this cause and look forward to expanding the No Hunger project in the future".
