*Hamti Band Auditions Plan*

Dear Candidate,

We are excited to have you participate in the Hamti Band auditions! Below is a detailed plan of the audition process, including important dates, times, and requirements.

*Phase 1: Online Registration and Video Submission (18 January - 31 January)*

- Register online for the auditions by sending an email to: [email protected] with your name, contact information, and position you are auditioning for (Lead Vocalist, Guitarist, Bassist, Drummer, or Keyboardist).
- Submit a video of your musical performance (max 3 minutes) to the same email address.
- Registration fee: 5,000 FCFA (payable via mobile money or bank transfer)

*Phase 2: Semi-Finals (1 February - 10 February)*

- Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email and phone call.
- Semi-finals will be held online, and candidates will be required to perform a song of their choice (max 3 minutes).
- A panel of judges will evaluate the semi-finalists based on their musical skills, technique, and performance.

*Phase 3: Finals (11 February - 20 February)*

- Top candidates from the semi-finals will be selected to move on to the finals.
- Finals will be held live, and candidates will be required to perform a song of their choice (max 3 minutes).
- A panel of judges will evaluate the finalists based on their musical skills, technique, and performance.

*Phase 4: Winner Announcement and Onboarding (21 February - 23 February)*

- Winners will be announced on social media and the Speedy Records 724 website.
- Winners will be contacted via email and phone call to congratulate them and provide information on the next steps.
- Onboarding process will begin for the new band members, including rehearsals and performances.
