Rev Miki Hans, the new PCC moderator?
The Rev Miki Hans if elected as the moderator of the PCC, will be elected as the 7th Moderator of the Presbyterian Church in Cameroun. He will be elected this Monday during the 2024 Synod of Assurance. Born in Tombel on November 13,1966, Rev Miki Hans hails from Meta in the North West region.
The Rev Miki Hans enrolled into the Presbyterian theological seminary in 1993 and in 1997 graduated with a diploma of theology. He left the serminary and was posted to Kembong parish in Mamfe presbytery.
Few years later, Rev Miki Hans returned to the serminary to further his studies and he graduated in 2003 With a Bachelor of Theology. He was later on appointed as Presbyterial treasurer for Mamfe presbytery and Parish pastor for Egbekaw. After hard work , he was appointed Presbyterial secretary for Mamfe and Parish pastor of PC Mamfe town congregation. He later enrolled for a masters of theology at the PTS kumba and graduated in 2008 with specialization in systematic theology,upon graduation,he was posted as Presbyterial secretary for Fako south and Parish pastor for pc Beach limbe.
He was later transfered to East mungo South as Presbyterial secretary and Parish pastir of PC Bonamousadi. While serving in East mungo South he was appointed as the direct partnership secretary for the PCC. He was then elected as Synod Clerk of the PCC in 2019. The New PCC Moderator is Married to Nyango Viviane Afor Miki and they are blessed with 4 kids .
